War. War never changes, except for when technology allows us to recreate one of our first props and sell it as a kit! The AER-9 was originally an MDF and sintra one-off, but we were able to get our hands on the original version and modify it with new 3D modeled and printed pieces. We also molded the kit, and now we’re opening up a limited run of copies!
This 25-piece kit includes the main body, stock, grip, forward emitter, emitter tube, 3-part microfucion cell, trigger, cell eject lever and twelve various rivets used to add detail to the stock and grip parts. Painting of this kit is much easier due to the multiple part breakdown! Note that no screws will be provided, though countersunk areas are present in the casting, ready for your hardware.
The main rectangular body of the rifle will be rotocast hollow and backfilled with expanding urethane foam to save on weight. In addition to the castings, a set of water-slide decals are provided for the graphics on the microfusion cell. This sale does not include any electronics for illumination.
This kit will require sanding of seam lines and light filling in some areas. Buyers familiar with prop kits will find this easy to assemble with a minimal amount of prep work needed before finishing. Photos of finished piece are for reference only!
