Description

One helmet and two removable ear pucks to create your own Thomas Helmet!
All parts are cast in urethane resin (there is a print coat of Smooth Cast 320 and a backing of Smooth Cast ONYX in order to make these helmets capable of being chromed at high temperatures) and will be provided untrimmed. Buyer will need to finish casting with sanding, cutting, and any other desired elements such as paint or chrome. All castings require light sanding and filling work. Piece may be provided in black or otherwise tinted resin.

This sale does not include any electronics, padding, or visor. Final chrome helmet shown is provided as an illustration of a finished project.

This kit will require sanding of seam lines and light filling in some areas. Buyers familiar with prop kits will find this easy to clean with a minimal amount of prep work needed before finishing.
