All pieces are handcrafted in Atlanta by Volpin Props. As such, we are very limited in the amount of products we can carry at one time.
For all cast resin or vacuumformed kits, please allow 10 business days for your item to ship, and standard shipping times to your location from Atlanta. You’ll likely have your kit within 14 business days, if not sooner. Please note this does not apply to international orders! Due to customs and import policies we cannot guarantee transit times for pieces shipped internationally, though typically it is around 14 business days. If you have concerns, or need rush shipping, please contact us to make special arrangements.
For posters and printed items, please allow 3 business days for handling before shipping.
Circuitboard orders or very large kits are subject to their own scheduling. These specific items have their handling and production times listed in their product descriptions.
It is up to the buyer to complete the piece. We are not offering any of our services to further complete your props, nor will we include any extras such as wiring, circuit components, visor, etc. What you see is what you get! There are many crafting resources available online, including our site, which provides an overview to how we created most of our original pieces. We encourage you to be adventurous in your crafting, but please understand, we cannot be on call to provide consultation or assistance.
